How do you grade preloved condition?

We use four grades to describe preloved items:

  • Excellent – Virtually no signs of wear. May have been worn once or twice.
  • Very Good – Light signs of wear; no significant flaws.
  • Good – Moderate wear visible; any notable flaws are disclosed and photographed.
  • Fair – Heavier wear; all defects (marks, pulls, repairs) are clearly noted in the listing.

We disclose every flaw we can identify. If you'd like additional photos of a specific area, just ask before buying.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK Standard – 2–3 business days
  • International – 5–14 business days depending on destination

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

What is your returns policy for new items?

New (unworn, tagged) items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, please contact us via our Contact page.

Can I return preloved items?

Preloved items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives significantly not as described. We take condition accuracy seriously — if something isn't right, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Can I request extra photos or garment measurements?

Absolutely. Before purchasing, message us via the Contact page with the item you're interested in and what you'd like to see — close-ups of seams, labels, specific areas, or a full flat-lay measurement. We aim to respond within one business day.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchasing?

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or get in touch and we'll look into it for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 5–14 business days depending on your location. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. Do your product images show the actual item?

Our real product photographs are intended to show the actual item you will receive. Photography and lighting can affect how colours and details appear on screen, so if you need a closer look at any part of an item, we're happy to provide additional photos or information before you buy.

Remaining images – Actual product photos: These are photographs of the actual item you will receive. Please refer to these images, together with the product description and measurements, when assessing the item's colour, condition, details, and appearance.
